This scan shows the brain of a client who experiences symptoms related to PTSD. The regions of the brain where change takes place are related to the area of disregulation trained. Neurofeedback training can be highly specific, and therefore capable of great flexibility. Using careful selection of region to train, sensor placements, and reward frequencies, neurofeedback can successfully help reduce or eliminate many symptoms.
