AUTISM and ADHD
In the late 1970's neurofeedback proved effective for reduction of ADHD behaviors through training greater self regulation of the brain. Joel Lubar, PhD., neurofeedback pioneer continues to expand knowledge among practioners specializing in ADHD. Validated studies make this a preferred treatment for professionals supporting medication free alternatives.
More practioners for autism are able to assist children and adults with autism due to recent developments, new training strategies, developing software and innovative approaches. We use the latest neurofeedback toy... "Neurybear", a cuddly bear that vibrates in the lap when a child's brain is doing the right thing. Kids can even sit in Mom's lap while training! We believe in making sessions FUN.
